At VBC, children are important

At Violet Baptist Church, children are important.  It is evident by the over 100 children ministry teachers and leaders who make this ministry amazing. Our children’s ministry, Kingdom Kids, consists of both Outreach and Teaching programs.

Children are the focus of our teaching. Their understanding, needs and interests are important to how our teachers deliver the lessons for the day. Our lessons are geared to touching the head, the heart, and the hands of the child, in order to create life-changing experiences.

Our Teachers go above and beyond. They prepare their hearts throughout the week and pray for your child. All of our teachers truly have a desire to teach children God’s truths and to share their love of Christ with them. Many of our teachers have taught for several years and love what they do.

Our Parents are vital in the learning of the child. The Holy Spirit works through Christian parents as they teach biblical truths in word and action on a daily basis. The church and its ministries are designed to support parents as the spiritual leaders by training them and teaching their children.
