James 4:8, Jeremiah 29:11

To grow and know your Creator means to spend time with him. We believe that everything we do stems from God’s interaction with us in our private time of worship. In his presence, we need to continually experience freedom and receive a heavenly identity while shedding our earthly identity. This means consistent quality time with Jesus is vital to a growing relationship with Him.

CREATIVITY | Go / Worship

Genesis 1:27

Our heavenly identity is not as creatives or artists but as sons and daughters of God. With that understanding, gospel-driven art comes from a deep, overwhelming satisfaction in our Creator in response to his movement personally and corporately. We create in response to a relationship with God to draw attention away from ourselves and toward God.

Hebrews 10:24-25, Romans 12:4-5, Psalm 133:1, Mark 3:23

We strive to be a ministry that is not divided but strives for unity in mission, relationships, and heart. We are “better together.” We strive to encourage, challenge, support, and critique with honor and respect for one another, which flows from love from Jesus. We strive to not live in our preferences but lay those down for the benefit of the community.

Ephesians 4:11-13

We believe ministry is not just for us, but for others too. We value seeing our teams identifying and developing others. We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to have someone who is learning alongside them and developing in their God-given giftedness. As a team, we work with every individual to find the right place in our church to serve and have the greatest impact for the kingdom.

EXCELLENT | Grow / Serve

Colossians 3:23, Proverbs 22:29, Psalms 84:10

As a ministry, we strive to do our best in time, preparation, and in how we lead ourselves and others. We value supporting our services with a genuine response to God and striving to not be a distraction. We do this by constantly and continually developing in our craft.
